How do I register?

You can either register online through active.com site or print out a mailable registration form and mail it to our office. Remember - there are no refunds or deferrals to future years.

Are headphones, ipods or MP3 players permitted?

Yes.

Are strollers allowed?

Yes, but only for those participating in the walk.

Are pets allowed?

No. Absolutely no pets will be allowed for either the run or the walk.

What is the temperature in Fond du Lac that time of year?

The average July temperature for Fond du Lac is an average high of 81 degrees Fahrenheit and the average low is 62 degrees Fahrenheit.

How long will the course be open?

TBA

Do I receive a medal?

No, at this time we do not anticipate awarding medals for finishers. However, prizes will be awarded for some finishers in each age group.

What will I receive for participating in the run/walk?

This event includes many amenities for participants, including t-shirts, post-race refreshments and all day single admission to the 2010 Fond du Lac County Fair on July 24, 2010 (Race Day).

What is the route for the run/walk?

The course map is available here.

Are spectators allowed to attend?

Yes. However, all persons entering fairgrounds will be required to pay daily admission.

Can I transfer my entry to another participant?

No. Unfortunately all participants are required to register themselves for the run/walk. There are no refunds or exchanges offered.

Is there a place to keep my keys and extra clothes?

At this time we do not anticipate offering a gear check for the 2010 run/walk.

Where do I get my race packet?

All event participants are required to pick up their race packets the morning of the run/walk between 7:00-7:40am on Saturday, July 24th, 2010 in the K107.1FM Soundstage..

What type of wheelchairs are allowed?

Push-rims are the only style of wheelchair allowed.

Are there bathrooms on the course?

No, However bathrooms will be available before and after the run/walk on the fairgrounds.

Is the Fondy Fair 5K Run/Walk a chip timed event?

Sorry, at this time the Fondy Fair 5K Run/Walk is not a chip timed event.

What is the cancellation policy?

Sorry, there are no refunds for cancellations.
