Another Successful Fair Has Past!
We would like to thank all of those people who joined us at the 2008 Fond du Lac County Fair! We had events and attractions that appealed to all the senses. Fairgoers came to visit the exhibits on display that the youth of the county worked very hard to complete. Fairgoers got a chance to walk though the various livestock barns and check out the petting zoo, pig races, fishing pond, and butterfly house. Once again people were able to enjoy a bite to eat or drink in one of the many food and drink stands found on the grounds, and listen to the music of several of the different acts that performed all week. We hope you enjoyed yourself at our fair and welcome all feedback and comments to make the fair an enjoyable experience for all ages!
A flag raising ceremony officially opened the 157th Fond du Lac County Fair at 8 a.m. onJuly 16, in front of the Fair Office, located in the Recreation Building on the Fairgrounds.
